Refund Policy
Cancellation, payment refund, credit restoration, and system-failure handling rules.
Definitions
- Unused transaction: a completed purchase whose credits or plan benefit have not been consumed.
- Used credit: credit included in a completed customer-requested AI action.
- Paid action: an AI action that debits credits.
- Published result: at least one usable artifact version or customer-visible result committed by the action.
- Partial result: some, but not all, expected affected output was published.
- System failure: a terminal failure caused by AI Blueprint or a service dependency, excluding a user-requested stop unless a confirmed product defect caused it.
- Internal retry/repair: system-initiated recovery for the same paid action.
- Promotional credit: no-cash-value credit granted without customer payment.
Unused purchases
You may request refund review within 7 calendar days of payment when all purchased credits remain unused and no related AI action, plan, or benefit has been consumed. Consumed provider cost generally makes used credits non-refundable except for system failure, misdescription, duplicate charge, unauthorised transaction, or mandatory rights. Promotional credits have no cash value. Any lawful deduction is explained before completion. Approval depends on Midtrans settlement, fraud risk, and mandatory consumer rights.
System failures and credits
A terminally failed run that publishes no output receives a full, automatic, idempotent restoration shown in the ledger and triggers a notification. Internal retries and repairs are not charged again.
A partial result is not silently treated as success. Resolution may be free targeted repair, proportional credit correction, or full restoration when the partial result has no reasonable value. An uncertain classification creates a Support review without requiring the customer to prove internal logs.
Failed, duplicate, or unauthorised payments
Failed payments grant no credits. Duplicate debits or wrong amounts are reconciled using Midtrans references. Report unrecognised transactions promptly so access can be secured and provider evidence reviewed.
Transaction fees and timing
A Midtrans fee already incurred may be non-refundable where the provider or payment network does not return it; mandatory consumer rights still apply. Once approved, we submit the refund instruction. Receipt timing is controlled by Midtrans, the bank, or issuer and cannot be guaranteed.
Plan cancellation and balances
Starter/Plus do not currently auto-renew. Stopping use or ending a plan does not itself delete an account. Top-up credits have no expiry date while the account remains active; cancellation, non-renewal, or non-payment does not remove them. AI actions still require an active plan. The balance cannot be cashed out and all remaining credits end when permanent account deletion completes, unless a purchase qualifies for refund here or law requires otherwise.
