- Account email and ticket or transaction reference where relevant.
- Blueprint ID and incident time for technical issues.
- Enough detail to reproduce the issue without unnecessary personal data.
Do not send secrets
Never send passwords, OTPs, API keys, private keys, session cookies, full card numbers, or other credentials. Staff will not ask for them.
